LAHORE – Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel has launched his clothing brand and there’s a reason.
The cleric confirmed the only purpose of launching this business is to financially support his madrassas.
In a video message shared on his official page on Facebook, Maulana started the clip with a background of the scenario. He mentioned that he established Madrasa tul Hasnain, a seminary for students to get whole education in the Arabic language in the year 2000.
“MTJ being supervised directly by Maulana is dedicated to weaving people’s beliefs and convictions into reality. Provides a garment shopping platform to discover and re-associate with that lost identity that is ingrained in all of us.
The scholar said when coronavirus cases started emerging in Pakistan, he thought of doing business and some of his friends encouraged and helped him in setting it up.
“Then we decided to launch a clothing brand in my name called “MTJ Brand.”
